Individuals, Concierge Services, Hospitals & Rehabilitation Facilities, Hospice Workers and Others Helping Individuals

I am a mobile notary, which means I will come to your house or business or meet you someplace we choose. I do not have an office open to the public and I work by appointment.

If you are not familiar with notary services, two things are very important. One, our job is make sure that the person signing is truly the person on the document, so we must have a photo ID for each signer.  Two, you must sign the document in front of the notary, so please don’t sign it until you have the notary with you.

Below is a list of common documents I will notarize. If you don’t see your document here, call or email me to check. If you can scan and send a copy of the document via email or text, please do so.

  • Relocation Packages

  • 401-K and Investment Account Documents

  • Wills and accompanying documents, such as Medical Power of Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, etc.
  • Adoption and Relinquishment Documents
  • Certified Copies (Please call first to discuss. Not everything can be certified.)
  • Sworn Statements and Letters (can be handwritten)
  • Other documents requiring the presence of a Notary
